I am a bit late announcing my season plans for 2020 even though I have known what I plan to do for some time, it required a fair amount of planning and sponsorship to achieve.
I am please to say that I will be riding in Europe full time this season with the Klass GP Championship which runs out of France but travels to fantastic circuits around Europe. I am again riding in the GP250cc class on the St Neots Motorcycles RS250R Honda that we have built and developed over the past couple of seasons.
The first round is not far away, the dates are in the events calendar on my page but in short, we get to ride on these fantastic circuits:
Valencia – Spain – February/March 2 Races
Paul Ricard – France – May 2 Races
Spa Francorchamps – July 2 Races
Mugello – Italy – August 1 Race
Pau Arnos – France – October 2 Races
The bike is almost ready to go, just a little chassis work over the winter to improve the turning of the bike mid corner. Hopefully we will have a few more engine improvements for round 2 if everything comes together ok.
I personally lost a large amount of training in December and January through Illness but I am back training now, mainly running and gym work as I have a niggle in my neck which is stopping me cycling at the moment, very frustrating. I’m happy to report my weight is the lowest its been for a number of years and I’m continuing to work hard on this, I have personal target in mind where I want to be, I’ll tell you when I’ve reached it.
I will introduce my sponsors for the new season over the next few days. I am extremely grateful to them for showing faith in me to make this happen, I will do my very best on and off track to make sure I perform at my best over the year and see where that takes us.
I still have sponsorship opportunities available to help me finish the season, if you are interested please get in touch to discuss the options I can offer, it should be a great season.
